The Strand & Uni Club

Throughout the week, a few of us went to The Strand to hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was so relaxing. It is always so gorgeous there. I still cannot get over the fact that it is winter here..

Saturday night, a few of us decided to go hang out at Uni Club. There was a paint party, which was a white out. At the door, they threw colored paint/powder on you.

We had a great night and then it turned 1:00, which means the club is closing. At closing, it is a thing, for the guys to take their shirts off for the last song... Not too sure why, but they just do it. I thought this was crazy that once they hear the last song, they automatically take their shirts off in sync, so I had to take a picture of it. 

Lastly, as we were walking back from the dining hall one day, we saw this huge beetle. It is called an Elephant Beetle. A kid thought it was funny to mess with it, and poke it, and he even brought in into the dorms, to put it in his friends room. I would have been so angry if it got into my room. It was so big, something that I have never seen before.
